The patterns within our mark honour Peter’s Fijian heritage and Conan’s Māori heritage, bringing both cultural influences into one shared story. Its shapes speak to balance, community, growth, leadership and protection, while the pounamu-inspired green outline represents guardianship and enduring protection.

Life with Mana
Support can happen around a kitchen bench, out in the community, at training or while sharing an interest. It starts with being present.

Our Founders
Peter Lee and Conan Taupo founded The Mana Lifestyle with different cultural perspectives and a shared belief: support should recognise the whole person.

Co-founder · Fijian heritage
For Peter, Mana holds both spiritual and professional meaning—grounded in identity, integrity, cultural connection, pride, purpose and community.

Co-founder · Māori heritage
For Conan, Mana is inner strength and spiritual presence: a quiet confidence, calm purpose and the positive impact we have on others.
